BTC offers event managers, meeting planners and all those who promote and organise events professionally the opportunity to get to know new destinations, venues and suppliers through one-to-one meetings with a wide range of Italian and international representatives of the entire supply chain.

Meetings with exhibitors are arranged through an effective system of pre-scheduled appointments, which enables buyers to build their own individual online diary, selecting exhibitors of most interest to them.

BTC’s online diary is simple and effective:

• It is the top reason for satisfaction among participants

• Hosted buyers are profiled in the reserved area of the website

• Exhibitors complete a form presenting their offer to be included in the reserved area of the BTC website

• Hosted buyers and exhibitors are free to choose the appointments to insert in their diaries

Hosted buyers are required to fill in their diary of appointments, each lasting 20 minutes.

Some of the slots are optional, and at the total discretion of the buyer, who may use them, for example, to take part in seminars, conferences or round table discussions, for which they can also register online through their diaries.
