Hosted Buyer Programme

 

Hosted buyers invited and qualified by BTC are divided into three categories: Fully Hosted Buyers, Hosted Buyers and Trade Buyers.

PROGRAMS

FULLY HOSTED BUYERS

Representatives of companies, associations, agencies or other organisations who can prove that they organise at least 5 events a year, each with a minimum of 100 participants, and who are interested in planning one or more events in the future.

Fully Hosted Buyer Programme

•    First-class return train ticket or economy-class flight
•    One or two nights in superior 4-star hotel (20-21 June 2012 or 21-22 June 2012 or 20-22 June 2012)
•    Transfer from and to show venue, and from and to the airport/station
•    Welcome kit (sponsored document case, event programme, appointments diary, invitations to evening functions, show catalogue, useful information)
•    Appointments with show exhibitors
•    Exclusive access to the Buyers’ Lounge
•    Invitation to lunches in the reserved buffet area
•    Dinners as set out in the programme

HOSTED BUYERS

Representatives of companies, associations, agencies or other organisations who can prove that they have organized at least 3 events a year, each with a minimum of 50 participants, and who are interested in planning one or more events in the future.

Hosted Buyer programme

•    Two nights in 4-star hotel (20-21 June 2012 or 21-22 June 2012 or 20-22 June 2012)
•    Transfer from and to show venue, and from and to the airport/station (subject to informing BTC of flight/train details at least 10 days before the event)
•    Welcome kit (sponsored document case, event programme, appointments diary, invitations to evening functions, show catalogue, useful information)
•    Appointments with show exhibitors
•    Exclusive access to the Buyers’ Lounge
•    Invitation to lunches in the reserved buffet area
•    Dinners as set out in the programme

TRADE BUYERS

Representatives of companies, associations, agencies or other organisations who can prove that they have organized at least 1 event a year, each with a minimum of 50 participants, and who are interested in planning one or more events in the future.

Trade Buyer Programme

•    Discounted rates for staying in Rimini 
•    Transfer from and to show venue, and from and to the airport/station (subject to informing BTC of flight/train details at least 10 days before the event)
•    Welcome kit (sponsored document case, event programme, appointments diary, invitations to evening functions, show catalogue, useful information)
•    Appointments with show exhibitors
•    Exclusive access to the Buyers’ Lounge
•    Invitation to lunches in the reserved buffet area
•    Dinners as set out in the programme
