Tourism industry federation Confturismo, in partnership with the “Economics and Tourism Management” master’s course of Ca' Foscari University and Ciset (the international centre of studies on the tourist economy) of Venice, presents a survey that aims to identify the staff skills and organisational capabilities that make companies competitive on the Italian conference tourism market, and how these can be applied and improved. Are there any under-utilised elements or potential within companies that would help enhance Italy’s general competitiveness on the MICE market?
