The site inspection is an essential part of tailoring an event, to anticipate logistical “surprises” and get the most out of what the venue has to offer. It must be appropriately planned, and allocated all the time necessary: exhibition and catering areas, storage rooms, public and goods access, and signage are all aspects that must be carefully analysed and assessed in the venue.
